Return Shipping Labels NOT received
I received my Dell laptop on August 1st. Due to some issues, I initiated a return request through my Dell online account on August 14. I received a confirmation email stating that I would receive an update shortly.
When I check my Dell account, the status shows: “Your return items have to be dropped off at carrier location.” However, I have not yet received the waybill or shipping labels needed to complete the return.
I have already sent an email to Dellexchange_Returns@dell.com but have not received a response. I also tried to contact customer care by phone, but the automated system directed me back to my online account without providing further assistance.
I am reaching out through this platform in the hope that my concern can be addressed and the return process completed promptly.
