Return shipping- no home pickup?

Hi, I've sent an email to customer care but haven't heard back. I am returning a defective paper shredder and was sent a return label but realized that in order to return it, I need to bring the big box to a UPS store? That is unacceptable to me, it was delivered to my home, I would expect a return to pick up from my home. I have items delivered as I don't drive. Is there a way to get a label with pick up at home (the original delivery address)? Otherwise I am just going to have to throw the shredder away as I have no way to get it to UPS store. thank you.
