Returns: CRA number

Hello, 

I initiated a return online and was able to obtain a shipping label. My question is do I still need a CRA number? There are two reference numbers on the shipping label- one contains 6 numbers and the other has 9. Are any of those numbers the CRA? Thanks in advanced.
