My apologies. We are collecting these and have notified our Dell Securities team about the scammer attacks. Follow the instructions here to check your system and also to give DELL-Lorna M all the data we need to send on to our Securities team. Note, only Dell employees should have Dell in the username. Yours was changed.
I think these problem are also happening to another computer users, like Windows users. Dell is also will never sell your information "legally" to other parties, I think. They are just some crooks inside Dell doing it. There are also some people experiencing similar issues about this that I found here. The only thing you can do is just never answer their calls and don't follow their instruction.
