Service tag invalid
I had recently purchased Dell Aio and now I want Dell consumer offer. So I entered all the details perfectly but after submit showing invalid service tag number . So what to do. Please help the offer will end in 7 days.

If the system was purchased other than direct from Dell, contact your seller for an explanation.
If it was purchased direct from Dell, note that it can take a few days for a new service tag to show up in the database.
