Service Tag not recognized

I have a Dell Latitude E5550 purchased used from a private party about one year ago

Support is no longer recognizing this number. It used to. Now I get an error message telling me there is no match for it. Support Assist can't get a valid number for it either.

I'm running Windows 10 all current updates, dual booting with  Ubuntu, also fully updated
