I asked them already, they offered me help to create a windows 10 installation usb but otherwise they cant do anything. The problem is that i have the device for 2 years and i dont think they give me refund for that. Is it possible to remove service tags from the dell database?
They do remove service tags for systems reported stolen, lost, etc., yes. The question is why that happened, and it's something only the seller can tell you. Check the service tag both on the system and in setup (F2 at powerup). Very often if a reseller of a used system changes the system board, the service tag number will change.

Was this purchased other than from Dell (second-hand, third party, etc)?

Only the seller can explain why the service tag shows up invalid. If they can't solve the issue, return the system to them for a refund.
