I'm a US service member shipping to an APO in Europe.  I ordered an XPS 13 for my wife (who works from home).  Her order shipped out Feb 3, 2022 and I was sent no tracking number.  When I chatted with customer support, they provided me a copy/paste saying it could take 6-8 weeks...I can't believe there is no tracking mechanism in place whatsoever.  Every other company I've ordered from who ships to APO provides a number that you can track until it hits the military mail system.  I purchased on Dell credit and don't want to be paying for a computer that I don't have/cant even use for up to 2 months.

I ordered an Alienware from Dell that shipped over a week later and got here within a week.  

I just want to find out how to track my wife's brand new computer so we know it's not lost.  Nothing in the APO system here takes 6-8 weeks.

Any useful information would be appreciated.
