Software key not working despite saying it is still available for 9 more days.

Question

I was given a software key for ARC Raiders with the purchase of my laptop. I saw on my account that I could redeem it until december 12, 2025. I went to redeem it today and NVIDIA says that the key has expired. Dell still says that the software key can be redeemed for 9 more days. I don't understand why Dell tells me I can redeem it but NVIDIA is telling me I can't. I got the key from Dell.
