Student Discount

Hi,

My account became deactivated, I have now restored it. I'm trying to setup student discount again but get an error message:

"Verification Limit Exceeded"

"We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer."

Please can someone help set this up?
