Support request takes more than 3 months

I hope dell support can respond to this. I have my raised a report on hardware issue of my dell laptop on Oct 30th. We are close to Dec 30th in another few weeks. My laptop is still not returned to me.

No calls, no emails. I have called dell support for almost 30 days since last 1 month and every time you get a response that say "we are escalating the issue". I'm tired. During this pandemic, my both kids classes are having remote classes and its difficult for them to manage in mobile/ipad. Can anyone really/honestly/genuinely from dell support guarantee that I can get back my laptop before Christmas. It is okay if you guys cant repair it. I will fix it myself. A OS re-install will fix the issue.

Update January 4, 2021 = The system had been serviced and shipped back to you via FedEX.

This is my 4th dell laptop and first one that I got issue with. First experience with dell support service.

I sent my laptop on Oct 30th and waiting to receive my laptop. Is there anyone from support group who can help me in sending back my laptop (with or without repair). Due to this pandemic, my both kids are going through remote learning using their laptops and it is difficult for managing it both with one laptop. I truly appreciate if someone can understand the pain and help me through this by returning my laptop.

Its been 90 days I'm waiting for my laptop for my kids remote learning.

Dell is impacted the education of young children by taking almost 90 days. May be a tweet to CIO and GM should help to expedite. This is after 30 days of chat with their support team and every time they say we are escalating this immediately and nothing happens.

I'd say the chances are good you won't see your laptop before Jan 1, 2021.
