Syncreon problems
I recently ordered my 6th Precision mobile workstation, in the past delivery has always worked like clockwork. Unfortunately the new delivery partner Syncreon is a very different experience. Tracking is a joke, the estimated delivery date changed twice (moved by 8 days) on Syncreon's tacker the parcel is listed as 'not yet received' until the same day it is put out for delivery, making it impossible to plan for. Then there is no indication of delivery window, and no means of re-arranging delivery after a failed attempt. No delivery card left, and theit tracking service just says 'contact your supplier', so I have zero idea when my workstation is likely to arrrive. This is comically bad service offered by Syncreon, very frustrating.

Not yet received means the system is still in transit from China to your home country.

No it doesn't. The Syncreon tracker still said 'not yet received' on the morning of the first attempted delivery (in the UK). Reading other reviews that seems to be their standard mode of operation, their tracker just doesn't update at all.
I missed that delivery because I didn't know it was happening. The tracker then said 'refused delivery', which is kind of disingenuous, with no link to arrange redelivery.
I did find through another review that the courier is actually DHL, and that there is a way to bypass Syncreon's tracking interface altogether. Who knows why Dell is using Syncreon, their setup is a major goodwill drain.

I ordered my Dell Inspiron Laptop in Germany, and they sent it via Syncreon. I had one of the worst experience with them. The laptop was delivered after 10 days, after calling Dell several times
