Syncreon

I have been a Dell user for 20 years + and I can honestly say that my recent purchasing experience has severely dented my opinion of their delivery structure. Using Syncreon as a tracking service is a bad business move. They are extremely slow in updating the tracking status, impossible to communicate with and appear to provide nothing. I ordered my product on the 4th Jan 21, realised there was a mistake with the address, advised Dell and was told this would take Syncreon 2 days to process (why 2 Days?). Tracked Syncreon's progress daily, the 2days turned into 5 days, contacted Dell, because Syncreon's phone system was not functioning and was told that Syncreon would look into it and report back. So here we are 11 days since the order, another weekend, so I guess I may get a response on Monday 18th. A very dissatisfied Dell customer.

Hello, I have to agree with you as I am in the same situation at the moment. Apparently, there is a "trick" to track your shipment via DHL here

However I was unable to do it myself so far

I've just encountered Syncreon's Time Travelling Delivery team ... apparently I'm not going to be at home in 2 hours
