Question

I'm facing big problem from Dell. I had bought a dell Vostro laptop .And that laptop has many problems already after delivery when I opened . like keyboard display.so, i had requested to Dell to replace it. After large number of requests Dell care was accepted my request. And after that delivered laptop is picked up on 18 December and on same day i had got an email that order is shipped for me but till now i didn't get. Also when Dell was started the process of replacement he told me it will be completed in 35 days but almost 75 days gone from starting date for replacement process. It fully like cheating with me . I'm frustrated how is the Dell behaviour. Now when I am calling to customer care He is only saying wait from November. some times saying order is shipped on 2 nd January also i got an email order is shipped on 18 December so it is totally fraud with me . If any one can help me then pls.

I'm suggesting everyone please don't buy any Dell products. Dell  service is very very bad . once you paid to Dell then after that if you will get any problems then Dell never helps you so please be careful .Dell is cheating me from previous 3 month
