Terrible process for order verification
I have had a really terrible experience with Dell and their "order verification" team. They are extremely difficult to get in contact with, and I've spent a cumulative of 2+ hours on hold. I've had to call numerous phone numbers, been transferred around, and put on hold for long periods of time. The emails they've sent have been extremely unhelpful because of the lack of information and contact information that doesn't work.
I believe I finally have the issues resolved, but it has been an extremely frustrating experience. They make it very difficult to spend money with them.
If I had known how difficult they would be for ordering from, I would have chosen a different company to do business with. I hope this is not an indication on how they will be for service.

Hi Kent_323is,
Thanks for posting. I apologize for the confusion with verification. Dell Financial Services is a separate division of Dell and the verification process is in place to prevent fraudulent transactions. Not everyone is honest and upstanding members of the community, and while it may inconvenient it is a necessity so that costs to the consumer can be kept low.
