Terrible Service
Hello - I don't know where to post the terrible terrible service i had on yesterday. On the telephone almost two hours - spoke to someone in India or Pakistan. I only wanted to return a camera - small $219 camera - the camera arrived without USB cord and media card. Small small question - transferred three times - new to Dell as a customer - terrible terrible experience - I pity the person that has a big time computer problem.
