I'm sorry to hear your issues with Dell. (Sincerely!) Unfortunately Dell has gotten to a size that it has forgotten, "How it got there." All successful companies started small at one time. It was through there personal contacts with their customers that their customer's," The word of mouth" (Still the best way to advertise your company) began to rely on Dell's excellent service. The comment you made is all too familiar with Dell and unless the folks at the top start looking at a fundamental change in the way they do business, this will be the reason for their demise! Large corporations need to get, "Back to the basics!". It doesn't resolve your issue......but........it helps to now your NOT alone!!
