Transaction failed...no refund yet

Hi,

I tried to purchase a laptop and make payment via net banking. Transaction failed but money is deducted. Its been a week and money is refund yet. I need to try another transaction to purchase the laptop but can't do until money is refunded. Please help on it soonest possible.
