Transfer ownership

Hi :)

I live in Poland and I bought a new 7320 detachable SN: <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> from the company on allegro.pl. When I wanted to transfer ownership, I provided the details of the company that sold it to me and after waiting about 10 days, I was message tath transfer is denied. Message: Previous owner information provided in the request is not valid for asset provided. Please contact your seller or your Dell sales representative.So, I wrote to the seller to give me information about the original owner, but hereplied that the distributor could not provide it to him due to regulations.I bought the tablet legally in Poland, but it was originally bought and registered in France. I have the receipt as proof of purchase and I wanted to transfer ownership but.. i stuck in the process.Please help resolve this problemBest regards Max :)

If the seller cannot find that information, there are two options:  return the device for a refund, or accept the system as a no-warranty orphan.  Dell will not transfer ownership without the current, registered owner's information.

Hmm sad..but something weird happen. When i check the service tag today and click Basic support i see tablet localization in Poland. Someone can explain this to me :D Before is France of course.

And another thing... now i have posibility to call a poland support line...before is redirecting service tag on french site.
