Trying to cancel support subscription (s)

I'm trying to cancel a support subscription.  Canceled online a few months ago; two months later I'm still being billed on my credit card.  The $4.56 monthly amount went up to $4.99 in October.  I tried disputing with my credit card company but was told I have to try contacting Dell first.  8-5 Central time hours for Customer Service doesn't jive with my work hours.  Hello, Dell, can you help me? I like your computers and want to stay with them, but this has me looking in other directions.
