UK service center?

Question

Hi, guys

Can someone please tell me the address of a service center in the UK where I can take my laptop to have it fixed? I've tried all the support numbers. They all take me to the same call center where I get handed round and round and round. One person suggested my nearest repair shop was in Germany, and was surprised I didn't consider that local. This is a really simple request, right? I have a laptop. I need it fixed. Why is this so difficult? Any info - address, tel number (that does not connect to the same call centre) - would be appreciated.

Dell does not have carry in service centers in most locations -- you must call for a warranty repair (or for an estimate if out of warranty).

If it's an out of warranty repair, you can also use the independent repair shop of your choice.

Dell does have onsite and service Depots. However the terms and conditions depend on what kind of contract you do or don't have.
