Unauthorized charges

<Violations as defined by Dell removed. Read the Forum Code of Conduct. DELL-Admin>

Apparently this isn't the first time nor am I the first person to deal with this. Over $800 was taken from my bank account and I have never purchased anything from you guys never. The fact you allowed a thief to purchase with no security measures is. Now I have canceled my debit card and I have no money to pay bills till this is resolved. I barely had any money in my account as it was. The same thing happened with my fiance a year ago wth you guys and her bank account thankfully was fixed. You guys are unbelievable.

Hi,

Thank you for writing to us here about the unauthorized order. I understand it is upsetting when things like this happen & I certainly can relate to the situation that you are having to face.

While I understand this is something that should not have happened in the first place. There are verification measures taken for any order request received either online or even by the sales teams.

Only after the order has completed the verification process it is released further.

As you have already canceled the card, request you to wait for the bank to share an update on the charges.

Incases like this the first notification should be made to the bank & then to use so that we can stop the order.

I'm unable to change anything at this moment but will surely take in your feed back to improve the services.

Yeah I'm sure you understand..those charges are still pending..I have to now wait till they aren't pending for my bank to help me..so now I'm stuck till this gets resolved..whoever authorized this payment needs to be reevaluated

You guys won't do anything because they said I need an order number which I don't have cause I never ordered anything

I don't have an order number cause it wasnt me who purchased whatever was..it was a fraudulent purchase..my bank already knows about it and sent me a new card
