My order is saying shipped, but the given UPS tracking number is not working. Has anyone else had this issue?

If the order is for a notebook, you need to allow transit time to your country -- they're built in China and shipped in bulk. You won't see an active tracking number until the shipment arrives in your home country.
Some desktops are built in China, with others in Mexico -- same thing. Until the system arrives in your home country, the tracking number will not be active.
