Verification process
I applied for Dell Financial Services, got approved and placed an order today. Got the order received email. Then I checked the financing tab and saw that financing was on hold. I called in and an agent sent me a text code that I had to read back to him. I did so and he said he had to email his manager. I never got an email that my financing was on hold and I also never got an email after my call with the agent. Just wondering next steps and if this is normal. Any help would be great.
