Very Angry With Dell Alienware
After searching for a long time, I got enough savings to buy the Alienware M14x R2 with the i7-3630qm for $909.25 including tax, with a $90 promo card, and 2nd day shipping free. These discounts are no longer available. I ordered the M14x for $909.25 overthe phone and the rep said everything was fine. However, she wrote down the shipping address name for the billing info, which was wrong. After two days, I looked and saw that my order was cancelled. My dad(he was the one using the credit card) called and asked if he could verify everything and reorder it. After an hour, everything was cleared up and they said it was fine. I checked on the website and called, both said it was cancelled. I decided I should just try to set up a new cart, but now, I'm only able to get the exact same thing for $1200. This really isn't fair because I ordered it for a great price, but Dell just won't let me have it. They just keep my order cancelled no matter how many times I called. Sorry if I am ranting, but I am so frustrated and want an Alienware rep to help me. I really think I should get compensation for being lied to, and I shoud be able to order for the price of my first order($838.98 before tax). If not, you will just be losing another customer forever.

I found out that, for some reason, it was never changed on the site. After ordering on the 29th, I saw it shipped on the 4th. I never got an email confirming this, and it didn't change on the site, but my dad gave me the tracking number. I was really upset over this, but I'm so happy to have trust in Dell again.
