Warranty for Alienware Pro Wireless Headset

@DELL-Cares The right driver went out on the headset, I've been running in circles trying to get this headset warrantied. I purchased it through amazon but its past their return period. Also it's a 2 year manufacturer warranty yet every time I call dell, they tell me to get it done through amazon. I cant, it's not Amazon's product to replace. I have the invoice and everything. I just need help getting this resolved. The headset isnt visually damaged but its hardware is defective.
