Warrenty

Having been sent a new Pc as replacement for a one that had problems with the SSD and 3 replacement motherboards within 3 years, I have the following questions:

1) I was told to return the old Pc without mouse & keyboard but will not tell me how and to where?

2) will not allow me to take a warrenty out on the brand new PC supplied as a replacement two weeks ago. (ignoring my requests).

The original Pc was purchased just less than 3 years ago and Dell do not respond to any of my mails.

I do what?

You should receive a shipping label for the original system.

The replacement system carries the remainder of the original system warranty (it's highly unlikely they'll allow an extension on the new system past the original system warranty, even if it's a paid extension).
