What does Dell Outlet Scratch & Dent really mean?

Don't crucify me, this is my first post and I'm hoping for an honest response. If this has been asked a million times, well remember the first time you posted and take it easy. I ordered a computer from Dell Outlet this weekend. On the site there are several options, Scratch & Dent, Certified Refurbished & Dell Outlet New. I selected Scratch & Dent. Skip to today, the computer arrives with a big green label on it staying REFURBISHED. The customer support (3rd world) told me that is how it always is. What gives?

I admit that it is confusing. Everything from the Dell Outlet is refurbished. This is a legal disclaimer that Dell must put on the box because the product is being resold.

* Outlet New = Factory sealed products that were either canceled or unopened returns. Outlet New products do not have any cosmetic blemishes.

* Certified Refurbished = Previously opened/used product returned to Dell. They are tested and then resold. Product may have some cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance.

* Scratch & Dent = Certified Refurbished product that may have considerable cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance.
