What help is there?

Hii my computer has died again (its under warranty) but for 7 weeks now I have endured countless different stories. my poor computer has had 6 motherboards , 2 hard drives, 1 key board, various plastic parts , 1 fan, and 2 dvd players . That's all off he top of my head there could be more . Dell decided weeks ago to replace it with a new system since then its been had to be approved more than 4 times, they sent a different system then we agreed on so now I have to wait for them to get it back even though I refused the package, then it needs to be approved again and maybe its a used system now feels like. I have more than 100 phone call and double digit emails this time alone and I have no computer. some days I have been on the phone for over 4 hours. since I am disabled that is a luxury most people don't have .My husband worked a second full time job to get me this computer. he wanted me to have everything I wanted since I am bedbound what a waste of his time. Didn't Dell just go on tv here in the states and talk about making the company private so customers, not stock holders, are treated better. I won't give up even when they change their story , don't call me back when they say, hang up during transfers and are just plain rude. Now its at the resulotion dept. the resolution seems to be hurry up and wait. they point blank have said things they are going back on and I have no idea what to do? I am so glad US Dell Offices are so insulated from the dell customers. seems like a great business model. I wonder if things would improve if we could get a hold of someone in this country. I have no idea what is going to happen I just know I am not giving up.

This will escalate the issue.  The replacement system will be a refurbished unit, not a used one.

That's all well and good but dell offered me a new system and truthfully I am getting tired of things changing after they are agreed and since they mailed me a new different system this week I think they should be held to their agreement since I am the one put out by this mess
