Where's my Laptop?

I was advised by Dell yesterday via email, that my new Dell laptop would arrive at my home address today and that someone would have to be present to receive the laptop between 8am and 6pm. I changed my schedule at work in order that I could WFH. At 3.27pm today I received a further email stating that my laptop was on its way. When I click on the track order tab it states delivery date  is pending??!! Why, when I was instructed to have someone available all day today for the delivery? Come on Dell, this isn't good enough.
