Worst customer care ever!
I'm now on my 8th call and issue is still not resolved. I purchased my new XPS computer a few months ago and was "signed up" for a warranty that I never wanted or asked for. Finally after 5 calls and over 4 hours on hold and speaking with customer service the warranty was cancelled. I was also promised that the 2 months of billing would be refunded by 2 different agents and a supervisor. This has yet to occur. Today I called again and was transferred 6 times. My last transfer I was hung up on by the system. Why is this so difficult to refund a small amount. All promises and no results. I thought you were a reputable company. I no longer feel that way at all. I want the charges for this warranty refunded to my account. Someone needs to get this done and quit wasting my time!
