Same here, past 6 days for me. I can never talk to someone for more than 1minute before they transfer me to someone else then the call drops then I have to wait for 50 minutes all over again on hold... like I’m doing now. It’s 10:29am here in Hawaii so I’m not sure if there closed or what??
