Worst Ordering Experiance Ever

Hello, here is my story with Dell.ca aka a company that has the worst customer service

I placed an order on Monday July 8, an Alianware Aurora R8.

I decided to take advantage of the 12 months without interest, so my sales representative contacted me to verify my identity. A few minutes later I receive the contract for my funding that I accepted. (Specific process for Quebec)

Then I see my order is "confirmed" statue in self-service tracking tools

Yesterday (July 9), I contacted the order support for a question. And the reps says that my order is on hold, and that I have to contact DFS for verification.

I call DFS, and they tell confirm ..  my order is not on hold. 

I decide contact my sale rep, today July 10. He say my order build start today .... Good ! But no ... I recontact the Dell order support and the reponse is ... ''Your Order is on Hold '' 

**bleep** !! Come on Dell !!!
