Wrong items ship

<Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>

 If you ship the wrong item why they refusing to refund me. FedEx tracking show in the photo when arrived is wrong items. Return the item refusing to refund because is the wrong items. In the First place how is it possible no refund when the wrong items got ship in the first place.

no they don't worst customer service! They won't refund! be advice fedex will get wrong address you will not get refunded. Dell Warehouse will scan wrong product be advice if you return will not get refunded.

good luck I been dealing with them for past month no refund. Warrantyverification@dell.com

update from receiving team wrong product was returned so the refund was denied. I'm the one who received wrong product and return with label Dell provided.

This is not resolved is on going is been month still no refund. 

Please be advice you will not get refund if you get the wrong package. Customer service will ask you return the wrong item for refund. Warehouse will receive the package is gone decline your refund. Wrong package received.

I have provide all the information to customer service and chat team. They will apologize for the inconvenience and you have to Waite months they will not resolve the problem. Case closed. Make sure when you order request signature delivery package they will not do refund and Fedex will not help on lost package

I need the status on my refund I been waiting for past 4 months. items I been return and still no refund.

Code of conduct. You are not allowed to let them know about wrong items received please advise customer to not ship items if they are wrong you will not receive refund. Now I get code conduct from Dell
