Wrong Warranty

We purchased a server back in 2019 with a Pro Support Plus 4 Hour Mission Critical. However the website shows just Basic Next Business Day for 1 year. We have contacted customer care on the phone and have been routed to several different places and the only thing they can tell us is the order shows ProSupport Plus and 4Hr Mission Critical Initial and the same Extension but they can't find the terms on the order. Who can I speak to that can look into this, there must be some record of itemized orders as when we receive order confirmations they aren't itemized.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

I sent you a reply and got a canned response as the system being out of warranty which it shouldn't be and that's the issue with Dell, ladies and gentlemen. No one wants to help.
