XPS 13 Plus 9320, screen not working
Dear Dell Support Team,
I own a Dell XPS 13 Plus 9320 (OLED), purchased in June 2023. The system is showing 2 amber and 7 white LED blink codes. The internal OLED display is not working, while an external monitor works normally. This indicates a confirmed OLED display panel failure. The laptop is only two years old and in excellent condition. I request Dell to kindly consider courtesy hardware support for display replacement.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us. I am your Dell-Cares contact for order related queries. There is not a "courtesy hardware support for display replacement" service. You will need to use the Out of Warranty repair service.

If the system is under warranty, Dell will cover the repair. If not, first make sure the screen is solidly plugged into the mainboard. Disconnect the battery before checking.
Service manual here.

If that doesn't help, and the system is out of warranty, the part to look for is
