XPS 13 Plus 9320, sharp edges

Hi,

I have been trying to love my XPS 13 Plus 9320 ever since I bought it.  Beautiful, sharp screen, fast, powerful, upgradeable; it looked like it has everything going for it.

My issue is the sharp edges of the laptop.  After using the laptop, typing on it a bit, resting your hands on the laptop becomes something that you want to avoid as it hurts.

Of course, issue like this do not really surface itself within the first month.  But now that it really bothers me, I called Dell Customer Service a few times, the only response I get is we cannot return it.  Of course I get switched back and forth between customer service and tech support, each claiming that the other team should be able to help.  I had given up trying to return it via customer service so I will now reach out via social media.

Long story short, I want to see if there are others out there who is having the same problem and also want to see if any Moderators here can help me with this issue.

Thanks.

Thank you! We have received the required details. A return is not allowed. Dell policy states that the return period is inside the first 30 days from the Dell invoice date. You are 103 days past that 30 day mark.

HiI have the same problem with xps model 9315. The edges are very sharp like the edges of skis. I bought it two days ago and can still return it. However, it is a very good device, it is sensational. I don't want to do this, but this edge is a serious problem. My hands just hurt, and I work a lot on the laptop. I checked mac books and other products, even Dell, other models do not have such sharp edges. I don't understand how someone didn't foresee this. Unfortunately I will be returning this laptop and my cousin too for the same reason. It's very sad because it's a good device. I started searching the internet to see if anyone else had this problem. If it was possible to buy a keyboard frame with a smoothed edge, I would gladly buy it. Many people will find that they are hypersensitive and will not report it quickly. And then the trouble with the return. Sorry for my English, used a translator as I speak the language poorly. Great laptop but for two days it bothers me a lot, I can't forget about it, too much pain.

Ps: Good luck, Dell should allow you to return it because it's not a fad, it's a sad fact..
