XPS, Service Tag issue
I have had many XPS laptops over the years and usually buy used at around 1 year old to save a bit of money. I have never had any issues until this one. The service tag or service code doesnt appear to be registered on the dell system. Any ideas how to resolve this please?

You need to find that answer from your seller. If you don't receive a satisfactory answer, return the system for a refund.
