Your Dell Technical Updates, scam email?

I received a "Your Dell Technical Updates" email from "Dell" stating, "This package contains the firmware for Micron 2200S 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB solid-state drives, revision 22001050. Storage firmware is a microcode that is embedded on storage devices such as hard drives or solid-state drives. The firmware manages the functionality of the devices.

Criticality:Recommended

Release date:7/23/2020 1:09:30 AM

Description:It is recommended that you back up the data in the system before performing this update. Do not interrupt your system during the firmware upgrade process. If the firmware upgrade process is interrupted, the solid-state drive may not function properly."

There were other downloads available. My issue is that I have auto updates and Dell support installed on my computer and get notifications when there are updates available. I haven't received any notification on my computer but I got this email.

It may be legit, but I've never received an email like this from Dell, so I am pretty skeptical. Can anyone from Dell confirm this came from their Help & Support team?

Thanks!
