We ended that program several years ago. I think back in 2009. Why, cost to Dell. An internet search yielded this result.

Yes, "Your Tech Team" stopped selling back in Aug 10, 2012....and the problem you are having is what is called "How to..." and they don't do that.

To hardfacts...I see you didn't just want to answer my question...you want to make this personal! My question had already been answered by an Dell official. Those are the Cold Hard Facts!
