I could add a last line to have a SUM of VMS/SITES, Success number, Total Size. But I would like to have also the %Sucess Rate of the Total

i.e to do this operation : (Succeeded/VMS Sites)*100

i.e (861/1110)*100

%Success Rate = 77.568%

Anybody can help me please ?

Hi Sariaka,

When you add the summary row to the report you should be able to select the Success Rate column and change the operation so that it is Average as opposed to Sum.

Thanks

Hi David,

Thanks for your answer,

Indeed I saw Average operation but, When I selected it, the result is the average of the column Success Rate (%)
I don't have the same result than when I did operation myself.

i.e with average operation = (91.4+60.8+60+0+61.3+100+95.7+64.2+70.3+100+100+100+91.9+100+100+100) / 16=74.6625%

I would like to have the Success Rate (%) of the row added.

i.e (861/1110)*100 = 77.568%

May be, can we add a new operation to do that ? or a variable ?

Thanks,

Sariaka

Hi Sariaka,

Unfortunately I am not aware of any way to do that within the report. The average function will take the values in the Success Rate column and divide by the number of values, which is obviously different to how you want it calculated. The only way I can think to achieve this would be to have a separate report which displayed the totals.

Thanks

David
