data collection Failing for version 19.5

Hello Guys,

I am running data collection for one of my networker host from DPA GUI and data clollection request is getting failed with below error :-

No collector is installed or collector configuration is unavailable.

Below is the agent information installed on host.

# /opt/emc/dpa/agent/bin/dpaagent -v
DPA agent on test-networker

And the version running on my DPA-App server is as below:-
