It means the optical drive (CD/DVD) failed self test.  You must have a blank CD loaded in the drive when you run the test.

Error Code 2000:0147, Optical drive 0 – Self test: OPU test failed.

OPU Test Failed               DVD-RW Drive: HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GT32N

Your optical drive is dead and should be replaced.
