Solve Desktop authentication Not Working

hello Everyone,

Recently I have updated my solve desktop application to the latest version 6.1.0.0. when I did the update and tried to reauthenticate my login page wont open, the page just keeps loading. I uploaded screen shot of the error.

please i need help in solving this issue. thank you. tried the installation on new computer, with full privilege on the computer and application, but still I have the same issue.
