How to - Need an Catalog ( lokal ) for old T620 Server

Hello , 

I have some T620 Servers under Management of OME. 

I created an Baseline but this Servers shows up as grey ( unknown ) . 
Now i need the correct catalog for this T620 Servers , which i can then choose over add Baseline . 

Can someone help me with an Step by Step Guide. Thanks
