OMEnt - Warranty task keeps failing

I am trying to run the Warranty Task and it keeps failing with this message: 

Messages:
Running
Task Failed. Completed With Errors.
 
Any suggestions?

No, nothing ever is listed on the warranty page.     Also I downloaded the DELL EMC Troubleshooter and ran the warranty check there against the first Service Tag and it responded as it should with all the warranty information.

It could be that a subtask of the warranty job failed but the logging's not detailed enough to isolate it, so it just rolls up to 'Task Failed: Completed with Errors".

Could you give some more detail? Is warranty information being populated for any of your servers?

In this case it sounds like communication from the OMEnt server to the Dell site isn't happening. There is an API that Dell publishes that is used to return warranty info based on the service tag. When you click "Refresh Warranty" button does a pop-up appears that says 'Unable to connect to dell.com. Warranty task failed.'?

I'd be curious if you're able to pull firmware baselines from Dell, or if that's also not working. If not, I think it's a pretty good bet the server just can't reach Dell. If that's not the issue I'd log a ticket.

Reading through similar issues on the forum here. I noticed that you posted you're moving from Essentials to Ent, does your Essentials instance show warranty info?

I am able to get the baseline and catalogs.  Only thing that seems to be not working is the warranty discovery.

Did you find any solution for this? Currently I have the same issue. Everything besides warranty is working fine.
