Batch File Failing on Command Line Task

Hi, I have 2 instances of OME 2.1 running and am having trouble running a CommandLine Task from Box1, yet the same script runs fine on Box 2 (different VLANS). The failed box comes back with Results:  Command failed with error message: Cannot find command. Check command path and filename. The path is simple to the command C:\BATCH\Password.bat I can place the file in C:\Temp, system32 etc and still the same error occurs. Runs fine on the 2nd box, using same creds etc. Anyone seen this b4? (see pic below...x.x.x.x is the IP of the OME server) Box 1 is Server 2008sp2, Box 2 is Server 2012r2 I can't understand how it cannot find the batch file. Thx, John Bradshaw
