install ome onto existing (blank) remote database?

I need to install OME onto a remote existing database server that holds a blank database in which I'm supposed to point the OME install at.  Our DBA's created this database for me on an existing server.  I see in the documentation that this is possible, just can't find the information saying how to actually do the install.  Thanks.  Oh, and I can't use the browse button, no databases are listed there, db and ome server are in different security zones but 1433 is open between the two.  Thanks.
