Move Dell OME to another server
I am decommissioning the server (08R2) that Dell OME v2.2 is installed on. How can I move it to another server, 2012R2? I have backed up the DB using sql and installed OME v2.2 on the new server. Can I just restore the database? Do I need to repoint the vmware hosts, MD's and power connects to the new IP address? Thank you

Hi, thanks for the query.
You can restore the backed-up database on the SQL instance where new OME is installed. For proper alert reception, you will need to re-point all your managed nodes to new OME server IP.
