3.10.1 added a function where the appliance tasks use the FQDN instead of IP, which should then get routed to the VIP on the network(See attached image).
If that doesn't work; please call in to Support directly to set up a support case. We would want to write up a business case for this feature.

“native management host IP (A)” -> Is this idrac IP or is this the IP that has OMSA on?
instead of VIP (B) and surely timed out
->How does the DNS record on your Host look like at this moment?

Hi,
OME is sitting in on (A) and nat to VIP (B) and reach IDRAC hosts
On firmware update jobs, IDRAC host try to connect to OME (A) instead of VIP (B)

We have populate the DNS with a FQDN entry and it went successfully.
